Simply put, Andy is the nuts and bolts of this operation. He's carried on the family farming tradition and then some. What was once a simple market stall selling vegetables, cut flowers and wreaths to the local community has turned into a blossoming business servicing gardeners and holiday gift givers across the country. He is a prime example that hard work and determination pays off. His down-to-earth attitude and extremely high energy level inspires his employees. As Lynch Creek Farm grows, expect Hunter to be right there leading the way.
Thanman is the key link between all areas of the company. He weeds the field. He manages our shipping operation. He trains our employees. He provides top-notch customer service. He works the farmer's market. He helps advise our corporate clients during the busy holiday wreath season. He's smart. He's funny. Sorry ladies, he's also taken. He does it all. He's your classic rennasiance man. In a nutshell, without Thanman, there would be a lot more bumps in the road as we grow this business.
We tease Patty a lot. Unfortunately for her she's the only female employee that works throughout the entire year. Fortunately for us we're smart enough not to cross any lines because she cuts the checks and handles all our bookkeeping. In a round-about way, if it wasn't for Patty, our fields would be grown over with weeds because we'd be too busy trying to figure out what expense goes where. She does her diligence on everything. In fact, we're not even sure if she's ever made a mistake! She's also our poster girl, being featured on the Christmas wreath page of www.LynchCreekWreaths.com and in our annual wreath catalog. Feel free to tease her about that! As Office Manager, she keeps the boys in line. We all think the world of her!
Many years ago Maddux approached the farm with a vision to expand beyond their local market. With his background in e-commerce and free reign to promote the farm he has altered the path of Lynch Creek Farm and continues to help develop our marketing and business strategies. Maddux can't escape his share of pokes from fellow co-workers. His nails are just a little too clean to be considered a true farmer!
